Ranking
- Bids are placed in whole US dollars — no cents.
- A new listing starts at $1. The maximum bid for any listing is $999,999.
- Your bid is your position: higher bids rank higher.
- If two listings hold the same amount, the one that bid most recently ranks higher.
- Any bid must be higher than that listing's current bid.
- To raise your own listing, submit the same listing again with a higher bid — you are charged only the difference between your current bid and your new bid.
- A new listing, or a listing that is not yours, pays the full bid amount.
- Your bid never drops on its own. It stays where it is until you raise it — only your position moves when others bid above you.
What can be listed
BidMyApp supports
- Apple App Store apps
- Google Play Store apps
- Public website URLs
Your submitted URL must point to a publicly accessible app or website. For supported app listings, public information such as the name, icon, description and rating may be retrieved from the relevant platform.
You may not submit
- Private or inaccessible links
- Fake or misleading listings
- Malware, phishing, or fraudulent websites
- Content that violates applicable laws or platform policies
- Links that do not lead to the submitted app or website
BidMyApp may remove listings that become unavailable, unsafe, fraudulent, or otherwise violate these rules.
After payment
- Your listing becomes active only after the payment has successfully completed.
- Your position is determined by the final amount attached to your listing at the time the payment settles.
- Every listing is public — anyone can click your listing to visit your app or website.
- Click and ranking statistics for public listings may be tracked and displayed.
- Another listing may overtake your position at any time by placing a higher bid.
Payments
- All bids are charged in US dollars.
- By completing a payment, you confirm that you selected the bid amount yourself and understand how the leaderboard works.
- Once a payment has successfully completed it is final. It will not be returned or reversed simply because your listing is later outbid or moves down the leaderboard.
- Being outbid, losing a ranking position, receiving fewer clicks than expected, or choosing to stop using the service does not create a right to a payment reversal.
- Review your listing, bid amount and payment details carefully before completing checkout.
- Genuine technical payment errors, duplicate charges, or payments that were charged but not applied to a listing may be reviewed by BidMyApp support.
Fair use
- Do not manipulate bids using fraudulent payment methods.
- Do not submit misleading or deceptive listings.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the leaderboard, payment system, tracking system, or other users.
- BidMyApp may suspend or remove accounts and listings involved in abuse, fraud, illegal activity or manipulation.
Changes
BidMyApp may update these rules, ranking mechanics, listing requirements or platform features from time to time. The rules displayed on the website at the time of use apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
